SimVentions, Inc is seeking a systems engineer to support radar and Navy combat system programs. The role focuses on requirements, verification, integration, and performance analysis across the system lifecycle.

Active Secret clearance is required, with travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, Navy Yard and Quantico as needed. The candidate will work with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams, develop SE plans, and use MATLAB for testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems engineering experience in defense or aerospace.
• Experience developing system requirements and interface documentation.
• Familiar with MBSE processes for design and integration.
• Experience with radar or Navy combat systems preferred.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute system testing and analyze performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documents.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
