Job summary

RTX in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer I to contribute across the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment. You will develop radar concepts, write software requirements, and analyze radar performance data, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive solutions.

The role requires a Master’s in STEM and an active Secret clearance; travel up to 20% may be required for tests, sites, and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM or related field by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job work, research, coursework or projects.
• Active and in-scope Secret US security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop radar concepts and architectures for surface radar systems.
• Perform radar processing algorithm development and software requirements.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
• Develop analysis tools to identify and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and customers.
