Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer I to join the Surface Radars and Radars team. You will work across the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, developing radar concepts of operations and algorithms while collaborating with systems and software engineers.

The role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA with up to 20% travel to RTX facilities and customer sites. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field by start date.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with radar system design, development, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Develop radar processing algorithms.
• Develop radar software requirements.
• Analyze radar performance data.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to develop solutions.
• Present findings to Leadership and Customers.
