Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Team to support Naval Radar programs at our Marlborough, MA facility. The role involves hardware, software, and systems integration, with significant travel and a focus on troubleshooting and verification.

You will develop test plans, conduct integrations, analyze data, and document results while collaborating across disciplines to ensure mission readiness and system performance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test.
• Role is onsite at RTX facility in Marlborough, MA.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Document integration plans, execute tests, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership.
