Job summary

EY is seeking a Finance Transformation leader in the US to drive end-to-end R2R and FP&A workstreams across multiple business units. You will redesign operating models, own design deliverables, and facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and senior stakeholders.

The role requires 6+ years in finance transformation or FP&A, with consulting experience preferred and a strong track record in the Media & Entertainment sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, fixed assets, projects, close, intercompany, sub-consolidation and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams across long-range planning, revenue planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes; drive transformation initiatives.
• Own business process design deliverables, KPIs, data requirements and reporting needs.
• Facilitate workshops with Global Process Owners and stakeholders; document dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope and engagement economics.
