EY seeks a Manager in Finance Consulting to lead end-to-end Record-to-Report and FP&A workstreams for the Media & Entertainment sector, guiding design, delivery, and transformation initiatives across master data, close processes, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

The role requires 6+ years in finance transformation, strong executive communication, and experience across onshore/offshore delivery models. EY offers broad US coverage and a competitive rewards package.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Controllership or FP&A operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in Media & Entertainment sector.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany and reporting.
• Lead FP&A workstreams including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Redesign operating models and processes for improved close and reporting efficiency.
• Own business process design deliverables with KPI and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and Technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID, scope, and engagement economics.
• Quantify value cases for R2R and FP&A pain points and opportunities.
• Coach staff; contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
