Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager to lead technology-enabled finance transformations across R2R and FP&A, with Media & Entertainment sector fluency.

You will steer end-to-end finance workstreams, drive operating model redesigns, and coach teams while collaborating with GPOs and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, close, intercompany, consolidations, and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams: planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario management.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes; deliver transformation initiatives.
• Own business process design deliverables: L3/L4 flows, KPI definitions, data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops with GPOs and technology stakeholders; drive decisions.
