Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
Proven Media & Entertainment sector experience.
Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across master data, assets, projects, close, intercompany, and reporting.
Lead end-to-end FP&A workstreams including planning, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow.
Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes for improved close and reporting.
Own design deliverables: L3/L4 flows, requirements, KPIs and data needs.
Facilitate design workshops with GPOs, business unit leads, SMRs and tech stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day delivery, including workplans, RAID logs, scope and delivery economics.
