Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits. You will develop executive-level relationships with Small and Mid-Market employers and partner with the Accountant Channel to maximize available tax credits.

Daily, you will generate opportunities with internal ADP sales partners, external accounting firms, bankers, and industry groups, using data to identify eligible prospects and supporting events and trainings.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successfully selling into the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales.
• Travel 30-40% required; weekly in-person presence at an ADP sales office.
• Prior quota-carrying experience and ability to build a network using social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business: close sales, win business, and reach quota across geography.
• Develop annual business plan and set sales goals; leverage Salesforce and marketing campaigns.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and build a network with Centers of Influence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
