Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits to develop executive-level relationships with small and mid-market employers (1 to 500 employees) and partner with ADP's Accountant Partner Channel to maximize eligible Tax Credits.

You will generate opportunities with internal ADP partners, external firms, data-driven targeting, and support company events. Expect uncapped commissions and industry-leading sales training in a Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successfully selling into the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales.
• Willing to travel 30-40% with in-person at an ADP sales office minimum once per week.
• Prior quota-carrying experience is a bonus.
• Ability to build a network and use social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level relationships with Small and Mid-Market employers (1 to 500 employees).
• Close sales and achieve quota across multiple ADP business units.
• Use Salesforce and participate in targeted marketing campaigns.
• Build a network with Centers of Influence (accounting firms, VCs, industry groups, bankers).
• Collaborate with internal ADP sales partners and ADP Tax Credits Operations.
