ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for R&D Tax Credits to develop executive-level relationships with small to mid-market employers (1–500 employees) and partner with the Accountant Partner Channel to maximize eligible tax credits.

You will collaborate with internal ADP sales partners across business units, engage external partners, and validate prospect eligibility with ADP’s Tax Credits Operations team. Expect uncapped commissions and career growth in a Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successfully selling to the business community, with Tax Credit sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% and visit an ADP sales office weekly.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level relationships with Small/Mid-Market employers (1–500 employees).
• Close sales, win business, and meet quota using cross-unit collaboration.
• Leverage Centers of Influence (accounting firms, bankers, industry groups) to generate opportunities.
• Use Salesforce and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
