Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager, Research and Development to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing/industrial setting. The role focuses on advancing new products, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives within the Amrize Innovation System.

You will drive Stage Gate execution, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure timely, safe, and compliant project delivery. The position offers remote or hybrid flexibility, expects travel around 45%, and reports to

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through structured projects and Stage Gate.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills with clear leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• PM certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Stage Gate training a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects through Stage Gate from Business Case to Commercialization.
• Prepare Stage Gate documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Define scope, deliverables, and metrics for each project phase.
• Maintain schedules, monitor progress, and manage risks across multiple projects.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure compliance with safety policies.
