Qualifications

• Project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• At least five years leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Stage Gate training a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Must follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of projects within the Innovation System from Business Case through Commercialization.
• Lead and organize teams; document and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Drive project execution to achieve target deliverables and Gate readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, manage scope/schedule, resolve issues, and report to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; facilitate problem solving.
• Ensure all Gate deliverables and quarterly materials are completed.
