Job summary

Amrize is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in process industries, PMP is a plus, and travel up to 30%. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, in a related engineering field and project management expertise.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years with projects of +$5M in process industries.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Field of Study: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline, plus Project Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, Smartsheet, SAP and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage industrial construction, renovation, and expansion projects from concept to start-up on time, within budget.
• Lead feasibility concepts and provide technical estimates for funding requests and business cases.
• Plan, execute, and control project objectives, schedule, and budget.
• Project engineering, construction, and administration.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Project resources and communication to leadership.
• Identify and communicate project risks early.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies across work environments.
