Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through Stage Gate, commercialization, cost-reduction, or continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of assigned projects to achieve target deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Prepare Stage Gate documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates for Gate decisions.
