Job summary

Malarkey Roofing Products seeks a Project Manager, Research and Development to lead and execute projects within the Amrize Innovation System, overseeing new products, improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role can be remote or hybrid, involves about 45% travel, and offers a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year plus an annual bonus, with comprehensive benefits and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams on structured projects (Stage Gate, commercialization or CI).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is required.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with clear deliverables and risks.
• PM certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in PM, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stage Gate documentation and project plans for each product type.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Prepare/organize quarterly and Gate review materials; create SOP updates.
• Define project scope, schedules, and metrics with the team; assign resources.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies; support continuous improvement.
