Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a Project Manager, Research and Development to lead and execute cross-functional projects from Business Case through Commercialization within the Amrize Innovation System. You will coordinate internal and external partners, manage scope and timelines, and drive Stage Gate documentation while upholding safety standards.

The role offers remote or hybrid work with up to 45% travel and a competitive salary plus annual bonus.

Competenze

• Project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Five years of experience leading cross-functional teams through structured projects, Stage Gate, commercialization, cost-reduction, or continuous improvement processes.
• PMI certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or product development/Stage Gate training is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree; Project Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Product Development preferred

Mansioni

• Lead and drive execution of assigned projects to achieve target deliverables across the Amrize Innovation System.
• Manage Stage Gate documentation and ensure accuracy for product types; prepare or edit SOPs as needed.
• Define scope, deliverables, metrics, and quarterly/ Gate materials with the team; assign responsibilities and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to align objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor progress, manage scope and schedules, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; facilitate problem-solving to maintain continuity and team cohesion.
• Ensure completion of Gate deliverables and quarterly and Gate review documents.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for Stage Gate and Portfolio tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage; maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Travel requirements: 45%
