This leadership role owns product direction from an R&D perspective, collaborating with PM, PE, architects, and development teams to define priorities, drive customer adoption, and ensure seamless integration within the Siemens EDA verification portfolio. Qualifications

• 18+ years of enterprise software development, leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex software products with customer value.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, APIs, distributed systems and lifecycles.
• Experience with Java, Spring, REST, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL, Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Define QVIQ product strategy and roadmap with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand needs.
• Define integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and CI/CD environments.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, PM, PE, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring capabilities address real-world challenges.
• Partner with architects and engineers on feasibility, scalability, and delivery commitments.
• Provide leadership for capabilities on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and cloud-native platforms.
