Siemens EDA is seeking an experienced R&D Product Lead for the QVIQ platform within the DVT division. You will steer product strategy, align with Product Management and Engineering, and shape integration across Siemens EDA's verification portfolio.

The role blends technical leadership with customer engagement, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment across globally distributed teams. Candidates should bring deep enterprise software knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex software products and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web apps, APIs, distributed systems, and SDLC.
• Experience with software integrations, platform ecosystems, and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap execution in partnership with Product Management and Product Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements, adoption challenges, and future needs.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product priorities and engineering investments.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, AI or related field
