Job summary

Siemens AG seeks a senior R&D Product Lead for Questa Verification IQ (QVIQ). This role owns product direction from an R&D perspective, partnering with PM, PE, architects, and development teams to set priorities, drive adoption, and ensure successful integration within the Siemens EDA verification portfolio.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading complex software products and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web apps, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with integrations, platform ecosystems, and data-intensive applications.
• Ability to engage with architects and engineering teams on technical trade-offs and deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap execution in partnership with Product Management and Product Engineering.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements and adoption challenges.
• Define and drive QVIQ's integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and third-party ecosystems.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product priorities and engineering investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, PM, PE, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring product capabilities address real-world verification challenges.
