Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex software products and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web apps, APIs, distributed systems, and SDLC.
• Practical knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful services, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL, Linux.
• Experience with software integrations, platform ecosystems, and data-intensive apps.
• Ability to engage with architects/engineering on trade-offs and deployment models.
• Experience collaborating with PM, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and exec stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap execution in partnership with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements and future needs.
• Define and drive QVIQ integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and CI/CD environments.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product priorities and investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving R&D, PM, PE, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring product capabilities deliver measurable value.
• Provide leadership for capabilities built on modern enterprise technologies including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and cloud-native platforms.
• Support customer engagements, executive reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic evaluations.
• Drive alignment between product vision, release planning, and engineering execution across distributed teams.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows.
