Job summary

Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) seeks a senior R&D Product Lead for Questa Verification IQ (QVIQ). You will own product direction, drive integration with Siemens EDA verification workflows, and partner across PM, PE, architects, and field teams to shape a scalable enterprise software product.

The role requires deep technical and business acumen, customer engagement focus, and leadership across globally distributed teams, with emphasis on modern web technologies and cloud

Qualifications

• 18+ years in enterprise software, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering customer-focused software products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, web apps, APIs, distributed systems.
• Experience with Java, Spring, REST, Angular or React, SQL/NoSQL, Linux.
• Experience with software integrations and data-intensive apps.
• Ability to discuss trade-offs with architects and engineers.
• Experience collaborating with PM, Engineering, Sales, and executives.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers and field teams to capture requirements.
• Define integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Translate requirements into clear priorities and investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, UX, and customer teams.
• Champion customer success by delivering measurable value.
• Provide leadership for capabilities on Java, Spring, REST APIs, Angular/React, databases, cloud.
• Support customer engagements, executive reviews, and product demos.
• Align product vision with release planning and engineering execution.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies impacting product direction.
