Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience engaging with architects, engineering, PM, sales, and executives to drive product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap execution with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements and adoption.
• Define and drive QVIQ integration strategy across Siemens EDA products and CI/CD environments.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, PM, PE, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring capabilities address real-world verification challenges.
• Align customer requirements with technical feasibility, scalability, and delivery commitments.
• Provide leadership for Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud-native platforms.
• Support customer engagements, executive reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic evaluations.
• Drive alignment between product vision, release planning, and engineering execution across distributed teams.
• Identify market trends and AI-driven opportunities that influence future product direction.
