Job summary

Siemens EDA (Siemens Digital Industries Software) seeks a senior R&D Product Lead for Questa Verification IQ (QVIQ). You will define product priorities, drive adoption, and ensure seamless integration within the Siemens EDA verification portfolio, balancing customer value with architectural feasibility.

You will partner with PM, PE, architects, and development teams to align roadmaps, prioritize investments, and lead initiatives across distributed teams while shaping the future of enterprise

Qualifications

• 18+ years in enterprise software development, product leadership, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading complex software products with customer-focused outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architectures, web apps, APIs, distributed systems, and SDLC.
• Experience with platform integrations and data-intensive applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive QVIQ product strategy and roadmap with PM and PE.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic accounts to understand requirements and adoption challenges.
• Define and drive integration strategy across Siemens EDA products, workflows, CI/CD, and third-party ecosystems.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product priorities and engineering investments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, PM, PE, UX, and customer-facing teams.
• Champion customer success by ensuring capabilities address real-world verification challenges and value.
• Provide leadership for modern enterprise tech, including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and cloud-native platforms.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, AI or related technical field
