Job summary

Takeda seeks a senior leader to orchestrate R&D Insights & Enablement, coordinating monthly decisions and portfolio governance across R&D. You will drive decision-ready content, manage risk, and translate insights into actionable enablement for GPT communities and cross-functional teams.

You will partner with senior R&D leaders to shape governance, enable continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality preparation, narrative, and follow-through for enterprise-wide programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field required; advanced science or business degree preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D, portfolio management, strategy, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the monthly R&D Decisions & Insights Forum with agenda, content curation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-through.
• Partner with R&D leadership and program teams to surface portfolio and operational questions and learning topics.
• Memorialize decisions and action items from each forum and track to completion.
