Qualifications

• Experience designing capability frameworks and knowledge platforms in regulated environments.
• Proven collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for capability development and knowledge management across Regulatory functions.
• Define frameworks, role profiles, and skills models for regulatory processes.
• Identify skill gaps and prioritize development with stakeholders.
• Design scalable onboarding, learning, and enablement programs.
• Oversee content governance, taxonomy, and structured content retention.
• Measure learning impact and drive improvements with Operational Excellence.
