Takeda is seeking a R&D Insights & Enablement Lead in Cambridge, MA who will orchestrate critical governance forums and translate insights into actionable actions across Global Program Teams. You will partner with senior R&D leaders and enterprise functions to drive performance, accountability, and evidence-based decisions.

The role requires strong facilitation, executive communication, and experience in risk management within a complex pharmaceutical R&D environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, or business-related field required; advanced science or business degree preferred.
Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D, portfolio management, strategy, or operational excellence.

Responsabilités

Lead/coordinate monthly R&D Decisions & Insights Forum with high-quality content and clear follow-through.
Maintain the R&D Risk Register with governance, escalation, and presentation.
Lead/Co-lead the Portfolio Orchestration & Direction Council to guide cross-functional initiatives.
Support updates to corporate philosophy and SAG input for portfolio decisions.
Develop enterprise program frameworks and embed them into global program teams.
