Job summary

You will coordinate the monthly DAC/POD activities, translate learnings into practice, and maintain risk visibility across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business-related field required.
• Typically 12+ years of relevant pharma R&D, portfolio management, or strategy experience.
• PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or comparable credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate monthly R&D Decisions & Insights Forum and POD Council, ensuring quality content and follow-through.
• Translate insights into actionable inputs for GPT Enablement and enterprise operating models.
• Maintain the R&D Risk Register with governance and escalation processes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives that enhance GPL/GPT effectiveness.
• Support updates to corporate philosophy and SAG planning with high-quality narratives.
