Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Director to lead the strategy, design, and execution of programs that build and sustain critical regulatory capabilities globally. You will capture, organize, share, and apply regulatory knowledge across the organization while aligning with HR, learning teams, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education/OD/HR/business or related field.
• 10+ years in capability development, knowledge management or L&D in regulated/global environment.
• 5+ years in R&D or drug development within Regulatory Affairs or related function.
• Experience building capability frameworks and knowledge repositories in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead capability development and knowledge management strategy for Regulatory functions.
• Design scalable onboarding, learning, and role-based enablement programs.
• Establish global frameworks for capture, classification, and retrieval of process information.
• Oversee external vendors and internal teams supporting capability development and knowledge transfer.
