Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or business degree with 7–10 years consulting in Pharma
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in biopharmaceutical or life sciences
• 7+ years in drug development, R&D strategy, portfolio management, and analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Oncology R&D portfolio strategy across OT AU, ODDU, and OBU
• Translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations for senior leaders
• Facilitate governance forums (JOLT, ODeST) and ensure effective decision-making
• Develop quantitative and qualitative portfolio analyses integrating scientific, clinical, regulatory, and financial factors
• Collaborate with Global BD and Center for External Innovation to incorporate external opportunities
