Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in lifesciences/healthcare-related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry.
• Experience partnering with IT vendors and vendors for business solutions.
• Strong communication, management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision and execution for trial performance intelligence; establish standardized KPIs, benchmarks, and success measures.
• Lead portfolio-level evaluation of trial performance; identify risks, opportunities, and drivers of outcomes; prioritize high-impact actions.
• Drive generation and application of actionable insights from diverse data sources for study planning and execution.
• Translate complex business and scientific questions into insight-driven approaches, aligning stakeholder needs with outputs.
• Partner with global stakeholders and functional leaders to ensure alignment, adoption, and sustained use of performance insights.
• Oversee delivery and scaling of high-impact insight initiatives and investment decisions across trial performance.
