Restaurant365 seeks an FP&A Manager to partner with R&D leadership, driving planning, budgeting and forecasting for engineering, product and DevOps. You will build and maintain headcount and opex models, analyze hosting and product COGS, and guide investment decisions with scenario analyses.

The role requires deep financial modeling skills, strong business partnering with technical teams, and a track record of delivering actionable insights that improve gross margin and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, Finance, Business Analysis, or related experience in R&D/Engineering/Product environment.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and convey key recommendations to executives.
• Experience building and maintaining headcount and opex models for R&D.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/spend management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D leadership to drive planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Own COGS model for multi-tenant SaaS platform and unit economics.
• Forecast hosting costs on Azure and AWS and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Deliver accurate R&D financial reporting, dashboards, and executive-level analyses.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate financial analysis and incorporate insights into forecasts.
