Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead forecasting and budgeting for the income statement. The Manager will partner with internal teams to develop revenue and cost of goods sold (COGS) budgets and work with department leaders to build department-level budgets.

The role will also review actual results versus budget with business leaders and help identify drivers of variances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, 3+ in the area of focus.
• Mastery of MS Office and strong budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and managing structured datasets for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed revenue forecasts and budgets with key assumptions.
• Develop department budgets and support ongoing forecast updates.
• Support monthly reporting and analyze results vs. budgets/forecasts.
• Create financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning.
• Identify drivers of variances and provide actionable insights.
• Define and report KPIs to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Gather data from teams for budgeting and forecasting.
