Job summary

The Atlanta-based manufacturer, with a global footprint and three finance groups, is seeking an FP&A analyst to own budgets and P&L for one or more functions while partnering with leaders across the organization.

You will lead the annual plan, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, building robust financial models from scratch. This role also requires presenting to senior leaders and driving automation as the company moves to a new cloud ERP platform, with a hybrid work arrangement in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in FP&A or corporate financial analysis.
• Ownership of opex, SG&A, or cost center budgets.
• Hands-on AOP and forecasting experience.
• Strong modeling skills with a demonstrable model.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Based in Atlanta and available to work in the office 4 days a week.
• Proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion Planning.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, VBA, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in a large, matrixed or multi-segment company.
• Pricing, profitability or sales analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own budgets, forecasts, and P&L for assigned functions.
• Lead annual planning and rolling forecasts (AOP).
• Perform variance analysis with context and recommendations.
• Partner with managers and senior leaders directly.
• Build income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, ROI and NPV models.
• Automate reporting and transition to cloud ERP starting January.
