Flagstone Foods is seeking a strategic, hands-on FP&A Director reporting to the CFO. The role blends traditional finance leadership with modernization efforts, including AI integration and advanced analytics to guide decisions.

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting is required. The position involves leading finance transformation, collaborating with IT, and driving cross-functional insights to maximize margin and value across the business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or CMA/CPA/MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years FP&A/operational finance experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Experience with AI/advanced analytics in finance and data integration.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel; BI tools experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow with commentary and variances.
• Coordinate annual budget and rolling forecast with driver-based models.
• Present to CFO, leadership, board, and sponsors.
• Develop capital, cost-savings, and new product business cases.
• Drive finance digital strategy and AI adoption across the org.
