Job summary

US Pharma Lab is seeking a Technician, R&D Formulation to support formulation and manufacturing by accurately weighing, mixing, and processing materials in compliance with cGMP and batch documents.

You will operate diverse production equipment under supervision across levels, contribute to process improvement, and ensure quality and safety standards in a fast paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 1–4 years in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical/biotech food GMP environment.
• Experience with solid dosage manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and transfer raw materials accurately per batch records.
• Perform formulation and manufacturing for pilot, scale-up, and commercial batches.
• Operate mixing, blending, granulation, and other processing equipment.
• Maintain compliant documentation (BMRs, logbooks, protocols).
• Develop and optimize formulations for tablets, capsules, granules.
