Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• 6 to 10 years of GMP experience in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related scientific field.
• 3 to 12 years’ experience in GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn formulation procedures and equipment operation under close supervision.
• Independently execute and monitor benchtop to manufacturing scale‑up batches.
• Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and training materials.
• Oversee equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
• Assist in development and optimization of formulations for tablets and capsules.
• Set up, operate, clean, and perform changeovers on R&D and pilot‑scale equipment.
• Maintain compliant documentation (BMRs, logs, protocols).
• Mentor technicians and ensure high‑quality documentation.
