US PharmaLab Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Formulation Technician to support formulation and manufacturing processes. You will weigh, mix, and process raw materials per SOPs, GMPs, and batch records, operating production equipment with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

1 to 4 years of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
6 to 10 years of GMP experience in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related scientific field.
3 to 12 years’ experience in GMP environment.

Responsibilities

Learn formulation procedures and equipment operation under close supervision.
Independently execute and monitor benchtop to manufacturing scale‑up batches.
Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and training materials.
Oversee equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
Assist in development and optimization of formulations for tablets and capsules.
Set up, operate, clean, and perform changeovers on R&D and pilot‑scale equipment.
Maintain compliant documentation (BMRs, logs, protocols).
Mentor technicians and ensure high‑quality documentation.
