Job summary

Uspl Nutritionals Llc is seeking a Formulation Technician in North Brunswick, NJ to support formulation and manufacturing activities. You will weigh, mix, and process raw materials, operate pharmaceutical equipment, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and batch records.

This role requires hands-on execution and strong compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include developing formulations for tablets, capsules, and granules, updating SOPs, and assisting with technology

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience with GMP-compliant formulation/manufacturing.
• Experience documenting Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs.
• Familiarity with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, mix, and process raw materials per SOPs and batch docs.
• Operate and maintain pharma production equipment for pilot to commercial batches.
• Prepare and review documentation (BMRs, logs, protocols) for compliance.
• Assist in development and optimization of formulations for various dosage forms.
• Mentor junior staff and train team on procedures and quality expectations.
