Job summary

BioMérieux Inc. is seeking a Formulation Technician to process and formulate bulk intermediate liquids, polymers, and reagents for reagent manufacturing. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, precise execution, and Right First Time documentation to support production value up to $500k per shift.

You will work under a trainer until certified, then independently or in a team, operating complex equipment and contributing to quality improvements and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of formulation experience in a regulated production/operations environment or 2 years of equivalent military experience.
• LEAN or BioWorks certificate preferred.
• Experience with measurement scales, mixing, bioreactors, upstream & downstream processing, and related equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture highly automated bulk intermediate liquids and reagents using GMP-compliant processes.
• Perform setup, operation, inspection, and cleaning of formulation equipment.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and on time (RFT).
• Coordinate with QA/QC and senior staff to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean, cgMP-compliant work environment and participate in safety audits.
