Job summary

Lionheart Enterprises, LLC seeks an R&D Technician in Draper, Utah to support the R&D team with product development and formulation development. Responsibilities include following SOPs, sample prep, dispensing, mixing, scale-up and packaging, and assisting with research.

Requirements include experience in manufacturing and R&D, familiarity with GMP/GLP/GDP, basic math and chemistry, ability to read instructions, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. 8–hour days, M–F.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and R&D.
• Basic mathematical understanding.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP and GDP.
• Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs to perform job.
• Identify and help solve problems to improve performance.
• Assist with Development and Maintenance of Formulations.
• Ensure Accurate Sample Preparation (weigh, measure, data record keeping).
• Proper Sample Collection.
• Assist with Research.
• Assist with Scale Up and Batch Down Processes in Full Production.
• Proper Cleaning and Sanitizing.
• Dispensing.
• Mixing.
• Film Making.
• Packaging.
