Job summary

US Pharma Lab is seeking a Technician, R&D Formulation to support formulation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products at our North Brunswick, NJ site. The role involves weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials per SOPs and cGMP, with hands-on operation of production equipment and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

The candidate will work under varying supervision levels, from level 1 to level 3, growing into independent, mentor-level responsibilities including SOP

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 1-4 years of GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and transfer raw materials following batch records and formulation guidelines.
• Perform formulation and manufacturing activities for pilot, scale-up, and production batches.
• Operate equipment for mixing, blending, granulation, and other processing steps.
• Maintain compliant records including BMRs, logbooks, protocols, and forms per cGMP.
• Support development and optimization of formulations for various dosage forms.
