Job summary

Melaleuca in Idaho Falls seeks an R&D Document Specialist to support product development by compiling and maintaining documentation for product information files, ingredient and formulation records, and registrations. You will work with formulators, packaging, purchasing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, accessible documentation for both domestic and international needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining archives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with Kosher and Halal

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential with accurate record keeping.
• Ability to perform precise mathematical calculations for registrations and nutrition reviews.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, databases and web-based tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Prioritization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and archived records related to product development and registrations.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Gather information and prepare technical documents for international registrations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Kosher and Halal certifications.
• Support additional documentation needs as assigned.
