Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking an R&D Document Specialist to compile and maintain product information files and registrations.

You will work with formulators, packaging engineers, purchasing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate documentation for PIFs and regulatory reviews. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing technical documents for international registrations including Kosher and Halal certifications, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Solid math skills to support product registrations, nutrition reviews, and related documentation tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, databases, and web-based tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in performing accurate mathematical calculations.
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to problem-solve and conduct research.
• Adaptable, quick learner, and able to remain focused under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and archived records related to product development, ingredient files, formulations, and registrations across all product categories.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Gather relevant information and prepare technical documents to support international product registration requirements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for Kosher and Halal certifications.
• Support additional documentation needs as assigned.
