Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking an R&D Document Specialist to support product development by compiling and maintaining documentation for product information files, registrations, and regulatory review. You will work closely with formulators, packaging engineers, purchasing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, accessible records.

You will maintain current and archived records across product categories, review for accuracy and compliance, and assist with Kosher and Halal

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation workflows.
• Solid math skills to support registrations and nutrition reviews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and database tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and archived product development records and registrations.
• Review documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical documents for international product registration requirements.
