Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout quote, order, and fulfillment.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate records in systems.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain to support customer needs.
• Monitor orders and provide status, shipment, and tracking information.
• Identify sales opportunities and engage in proactive customer outreach.
• Travel up to 5% as business needs require.
