Freight Wizards LLC in Chicago is seeking a Carrier Account Representative to support our Customer Account Executives by servicing transportation needs and driving revenue. This full-time role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission, training, and strong opportunities for internal promotion.

The position is based in Chicago, IL with in-person collaboration, a culture of advancement, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and timely shipments.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Customer Account Execs to help service, build, and grow their book of business.
• Help manage and grow an established book of business by assisting with quoting, negotiating, selling, and resolving issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of each shipment.
• Address any internal matters related to the daily activities of the book of business, such as potential claims, service failures, and accounting responsibilities as needed.
