Job summary

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in Olympia, WA is seeking a Referral Queue Scheduler to be the first point of contact for patients referred to our practice. You will handle incoming calls in the Referral Queue and ensure patients are scheduled correctly or transferred to the correct location.

This full-time role offers a chance to grow within our Registration department and provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with patients, families, and staff professionally.

As a Referral Queue Scheduler for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for patients who are referred to our practice and ensure they receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for taking calls in the Referral Queue and ensure that patients are scheduled correctly or transferred to their intended location.
