The role encompasses complex employee relations, talent development, succession planning, and policy compliance with SA labor law, partnering with line managers to create HR solutions and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent in HR/Industrial Psychology/Law.
• Six+ years of progressive HR experience with advisory and ER focus.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law (BCEA, EEA, LRA).
• Experience managing complex ER cases and providing strategic HR advice.
• Excellent negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases with fair resolutions.
