Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years minimum training or related role.
• Fifth years project management experience preferred in telecom/construction.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, planning, quality management and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide trade-related training in classroom with demonstrations.
• Develop pre-employment skill assessments.
• Plan, conduct and evaluate management training.
• Conduct training needs assessments and collect workflow data.
• Deliver training via classroom, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and write performance reports.
• Maintain quality service and enforce standards.
• Design and implement new training programs.
• Ensure safe and positive learning environments.
• Travel within branch/regional territory as needed.
