Job summary

IES Communications is seeking a Quality Training Specialist to develop and deliver trade-related curriculum and performance assessments for our teams. The role includes classroom teaching, hands-on demonstrations, tests, and training program improvements.

You will conduct needs assessments, administer exams, and write performance reports while maintaining safety and quality standards across projects. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of training experience or a related role.
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in telecommunications, electrical, or a related technical or construction field preferred.
• BICSI-certified trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops trade-related curriculum and training for new and existing IES teams, quality audits and on-site support to IES projects.
• Develops pre-employment, trade-related job skill assessments (hands-on and written).
• Prepares employees to accomplish job results by developing, planning, conducting, and evaluating management training.
